The Town of Lexington has a rich and storied history, one that Gavin believes the Town should work to embrace and preserve. Gavin believes that as the Town Council considers further development within the Town, it must prioritize the preservation of our history so that we may continue to grow and move forward without compromising the opportunity to look back and reflect on the Town of Lexington’s history.

As historic homes in our town are being torn down and replaced with new developments and facilities, Gavin believes that the time is now for the Town Council to conduct a comprehensive review of existing zoning ordinances and historic properties and districts to ensure Lexington’s history is protected for generations to come.
